General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These conditions of sale are concluded between AZUR INOX MARINE SARL with a capital of 40. 000 euro whose registered office is in Saint Raphael, registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Fréjus under the number 438951865 hereinafter referred to as “AZUR INOX MARINE” and on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website of “AZUR INOX MARINE (www. azurinoxmarine.fr)” hereinafter referred to as “the buyer”.


These conditions of sale are intended to define the contractual relationship between AZUR INOX MARINE and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the AZUR INOX MARINE merchant site, whether the buyer is a professional or a private costumer.

The acquisition of a good or service through this site implies an unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale.

Buyers, non-professional, benefit from a withdrawal period of seven days from the delivery of their order to return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs.

Terms of payment

The price is due at the time of ordering.

AZUR INOX MARINE will archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy in accordance with the provisions of Article 1348 of the Civil Code.

The computerized records of AZUR INOX MARINE will be considered by the parties as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.

Dispute Resolution

These online sales conditions are subject to French law.

In case of dispute, jurisdiction is attributed to the competent courts of Fréjus.
